I spent over a decade in the military serving as a leader in the Green Berets (US Army Special Forces) across some of the world’s most demanding environments. That experience didn’t just teach me how to lead under pressure—it gave me a deep respect for structure, purpose, and people. When I came home and founded Banner Roofing, I brought that same mindset with me.
This isn’t just a company—it’s a mission. And our team lives it every day.
